I like this place for load and unload.
They are fast. Jason in loading is helpful and very professional. Forklift unloads pretty fast. They are on it. Another man was helpful in tracking down what I would be loading. Nice and safe place. Best wishes to all Coil Steel Processing people. Stay safe.

Had a positive experience my first time getting loaded here. The wait time was pretty good. Backing into the bay was easy too, they have laser light guides on the ground which is helpful and it's not tight. Also my loader, Jason, was helpful and friendly. I would be happy to go back any time.

Good location to get load it and unload you quick but some time you may wait a bit but is not the workers fault is the driver ones your load it and if you able to move outside and finish strapping or tarting and is a goood weather day they should move out so other drivers can get load it and keep the line moving.

Called in my load number, was told to pull around back between doors 1 and 2, by the time I got my trailer open there was two guys telling me to go ahead and back in. They supplied me with dunnage, and loaded me super quick.

These guys have really stepped up their game with the flatbed community. Calling to check in was answered on the 2nd call. Used to be u could wait an hour or two,WITH AN APPT with no problem. Jason from door 2 actually came out and apologized for the 35min wait after seeing a change out of machinery AND two trucks in front of me.
I watched him helping the driver before me with little experience (obviously) on placement of his load.
In and out within 50min.
VERY WELL DONE CSP!!!

Check In on phone before entering then pulling around back & wait till they come & get you. When they came & told me where to back in Jason had me loaded up quickly & paperwork ready in a good time. Short a star because check in could be better, nice people on phone but I only saw one sign with info & another truck was parked in front of it but did catch it before pulling in.

I would just like to share my experience with the shipper that loaded me August 20th 2024 his name was Stephan he was happy joyful helpful just an overall positive attitude, I don’t leave reviews very often, but I just feel like I have to. I just want to let you know how much we as truckers appreciate you when we get that kind of attitude, it has a huge impact on us for the rest of the day sometimes even days when we’re on the road , it keeps us smiling and be kind hearted to others. Thanks again Stephan. May the Lord bless you.

This was my first time loading at this location. I arrived before my appointment time and checked in. Figure I'd would have to wait until my scheduled time to get loaded. To my surprise they worked me in and was loaded within 40 minutes. The team at CSP was safe, efficient and polite. Hope to have an opportunity to work with them again.
