What is PRAISE?
PRAISE stands for PEOPLE, RESPECT, ACCOUNTABLITY, INTEGRITY, SAFETY, and EXCELLENCE—the core values that drive our success and shape our culture.

Each month, we’ll shine a spotlight on one core value, offering activities that help us embody them in our daily work.
Program Highlights:

Online Workshops: Every month, we’ll have an online workshop related to each core value. You will be able to track your progress and earn Nectar points for completing each workshop.

Shout Out Wall: Celebrate your coworkers who exemplify our values daily. Employees will be provided with cards to display on the shout-out wall, recognizing those who exemplify our core values through their daily work. Each month, we’ll crown a Shout Out Superstar!

Prizes: Get involved and take part for a chance for some great prizes!
