We’re excited to announce the launch of our new core value program—PRAISE! Over the next six months, we’ll be celebrating the values that make our company great through fun, interactive activities and exciting prizes.

What is PRAISE?
PRAISE stands for PEOPLE, RESPECT, ACCOUNTABLITY, INTEGRITY, SAFETY, and EXCELLENCE—the core values that drive our success and shape our culture.

• Each month, we’ll shine a spotlight on one core value, offering activities that help us embody them in our daily work.

Program Highlights:

• Online Workshops: Every month, we’ll have an online workshop related to each core value. You will be able to track your progress and earn Nectar points for completing each workshop.

• Shout Out Wall: Celebrate your coworkers who exemplify our values daily. Employees will be provided with cards to display on the shout-out wall, recognizing those who exemplify our core values through their daily work. Each month, we’ll crown a Shout Out Superstar!

• Prizes: Get involved and take part for a chance for some great prizes!

May’s Focus: PEOPLE
In May, we’ll be focusing on PEOPLE, our greatest asset.

• May is all about YOU – the people who make our team stronger. It’s about recognizing your hard work, the way you support each other, and how we come together to reach big goals.
